Next Raffle

Family Sibpab Program

We want to initiate a creative and engaging program to raise funds that directly support the purpose of our organization. Raffle sales align with this program initiative and can foster public awareness and involvement by offering participants a chance to contribute. The raffle proceeds will go towards funding gaps and empower our organization to expand its services for our underserved community, continuing to strive for meaningful change.

We ask for donations of gently used and new household items that you don’t need anymore. Everyone has something to give. The items to be listed on our website, unitedhmongswmn.org, and shared on our Facebook page. Everyone is then invited to a bi-weekly raffle on Sunday at 5:00 PM at the Walnut Grove Community Center. The raffle registration or purchase might require a few dollars or nothing, depending on the items. Any proceeds are to be donated to United Hmong Southwest MN.

Ground Rules:

• Anyone can donate items for the raffle.
• Items should be gently used or new and still functional.
• Items are to be listed on the Monday following the drawing date, and posted for two weeks until the drawing date.
• Anyone who is part of the United Hmong Southwest MN Facebook group can participate. Please join (https://www.facebook.com/groups/unitedhmongswmn) to participate.
• Donated items are listed throughout the two weeks before the raffle drawing date and time.
• All raffle registration and purchases should be made through our website (unitedhmongswmn.org) by noon on the raffle drawing date. No more raffle registration or purchases will be accepted after 12:00 PM on the drawing date.
• All items listed with raffle registration or purchase will go through the drawing.
• Anyone who registers or purchases a raffle MUST be present in person to claim their winning prizes. If the winner is not present to claim the prize, a new drawing will take place to select a new winner.
• Any unclaimed items will be posted for the next drawing.
